What are the delivery costs and options?
We offer a next day courier service using TNT, all orders providing placed before 3pm will be delivered next day as standard. For orders under £40 you are given the option of using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service £2.95.
We offer the following courier services: Standard Next Day shipping £7.45, Pre Noon service £11.90, Pre 10:30 service £18.20, Pre 9:00 service £20.70 and a Saturday Delivery service at £18.45. All orders which include a SugaBox or Custom SugaBox receive complimentary standard next day courier service. Orders over £400 receive complimentary standard next day courier service.
Where does SugaGloss deliver to?
SugaGloss currently only delivers within the United Kingdom.
How will my order arrive?
Every SugaGloss purchase arrives in gorgeous SugaGloss packaging which is placed inside a discreet brown packing box and securely sealed. The package will indicate the delivery is from SGLS Ltd (Which is also what your bank statement will reflect).
What if my SugaGloss order does not arrive when expected?
If you order does not arrive on the day you expect, please feel free to email us or use the contact form on the website, we will look into the matter as soon as possible. Please allow at least a day for the package to arrive should it not arrive on the day you expect. At busy periods your package may take 1-2 working days.
Do any orders qualify for free delivery?
All orders which include a SugaBox or Custom SugaBox qualify for free standard next day shipping. We are also pleased to offer orders over £400 complimentary shipping using any of our courier options.
Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
You may specify when you place your order any UK address to have your package delivered to (unless it is your first order, in which case you must use your registered card address). If part of your order is a gift which you want delivered to a different destination to other items, you must place two separate orders as we are unable to send orders to multiple addresses.
Will I need to sign for my order?
All deliveries require a signature upon arrival, this is for security and privacy reasons. Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to accept your delivery. If your delivery fails repeatedly you may be charged again to re-dispatch your order.
Can I change my delivery details once my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address when you place an order.
PAYMENT, PRIVACY AND ORDER PROCESSING
How old do I have to be to purchase items from SugaGloss?
UK Law requires that you are at least 18 years of age to purchase products from our website.
How do I know you have received my order and when will payment be taken for my items?
Once you place an order using our online system you will receive an email to the address supplied to confirm your order. Once the goods have been shipped you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch. Goods will only be charged for once your goods have been shipped.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Any items which are low or out of stock will indicate this before you add them to your shopping bag or custom SugaBox.
What happens if my order includes items which are in and out of stock?
If you place an order for items which are in and out of stock you will be given the option for a split delivery. Split deliveries allow you to dispatch in stock items immediately and pay an extra delivery charge for delivery of the outstanding items when they all arrive in stock. You will be informed by email when the second part of your order is being shipped.
What methods of payment does SugaGloss accept?
We are happy to accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online?
At SugaGloss your personal information is treated safely and securely. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card details through our system. All orders are processed though a secure checkout system provided by Protx Ltd and we do not store your credit card details.
Is my personal information kept private?
All information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point do we share, lease or sell your personal information to any other organisation without your consent.
For your privacy all transactions are processed under the name of SGLS Ltd, which is SugaGloss's official registered name.
What is SGLS Ltd?
SGLS Ltd is SugaGloss's official trading name, this is the name which will appear on all bank statements and external packaging.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Please use the link provided on the log in page or contact us using the contact form. Your password will be sent to your registered email address.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your returns and exchange policy?
SugaGloss operates a 7 day return policy inline with the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You may cancel your order within 7 days with SugaGloss providing that the products are unused and unopened for a full refund. If your order has already been shipped we may deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
You may exchange unused and unopened items within 30 days for alternative items should you wish. Unless items are defective returning them will be at your expense. Packaging is considered part of the product and as such must not be damaged.
How do I organise return of an item?
Because of our strict customer service and hygiene standards you must request a returns number from SugaGloss before you send an item back to us, this can be done using the contact form on the website. This will ensure the returns process is as quick and efficient as possible. Items returned without a returns number will not be looked at and may be destroyed for health and safety reasons. If an item is defective please follow the process below. Please ensure all items are packaged securely to protect the product and packaging.
What do I do if my item becomes defective?
If a product becomes defective within 30 days you may contact us for a returns number and to arrange collection from you using the contact form. All returns are thoroughly tested and will we returned to you if found to be working. A full refund will be issued or replacement item if available subject to testing. Please ensure items are thoroughly cleaned and securely packaged.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the refund being accepted. However it is usually processed within a few days. Refunds are subject to our terms and conditions.
SUGABOX'S
What is a SugaBox?
A SugaBox is a collection of our products specially selected to form a kit. Any order which includes a SugaBox receives free standard next day courier delivery.
What is a Custom SugaBox?
A Custom SugaBox is a way for you to create your very own kits. Simply select 'add to sugabox' instead of 'add to shopping bag' and items will be grouped together and arrive in a branded SugaGloss shoebox. SugaBox's must have a minimum of 4 items inside and a maximum of 10, however you can create as many SugaBox's as you like. Any order which includes a Custom SugaBox receives free standard next day courier delivery.
